Welcome to Hôtel Masony. By booking a stay or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking and Confirmation
Reservations can be made through our website, via WhatsApp, or by phone. A booking is only considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation message or email from our team. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.
2. Rates and Payment
- All rates are quoted in West African CFA franc (XOF) and include VAT and breakfast.
- Tourist taxes may be added to your final bill as required by local regulations.
- We accept payments via Mobile Money, bank transfers, and cash (XOF and USD).
- Full payment is typically required at check-in unless otherwise specified in your booking offer.
3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
- Standard Flexible Rate: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time (2:00 PM) are free of charge.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in, or "no-shows", will be charged the equivalent of the first night's stay.
- Non-Refundable Rates: Certain promotional rates may be non-refundable and non-modifiable.
4. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in: From 2:00 PM. All guests must present a valid government-issued ID or passport upon arrival. This is a mandatory legal requirement in Togo.
- Check-out: By 12:00 PM (noon). Late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
5. House Rules
- Smoking: All indoor rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. A cleaning fee may be applied for violations.
- Noise: We ask guests to keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.
- Pets: Please contact us in advance if you wish to bring a pet. Acceptance is at the hotel's discretion and may involve extra fees.
- Damages: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the hotel's property, including rooms, furniture, and common areas.
6. Liability
- Hôtel Masony is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings. We recommend depositing valuables at the reception.
- The hotel shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control (Force Majeure), such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Togo. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Togo.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
